Andrew Comer, an attorney at the business law firm Ireland Stapleton Pryor & Pascoe, PC, provides counsel to businesses, non-profits and entrepreneurs on transactional and corporate matters that affect their operations. He advises clients on matters including entity formation, mergers, contracts, shareholder agreements, real estate and licensing. Andrew has counseled growth companies on finance matters and intellectual property, including trademark prosecution and the monetization of digital properties. Andrew has also worked with boards of directors and management on corporate governance, risk management, audits and strategic planning. His clients include software and application developers, telecommunications providers, and cloud computing companies. Prior to joining Ireland Stapleton Pryor & Pascoe, PC Andrew was Assistant General Counsel at The Climate Reality Project, an organization founded and chaired by former vice president Al Gore, and worked for another law firm in Denver. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his law degree from the University of Denver.
