Bjoern has spent the last 25 years architecting and executing growth-driven negotiations at the commercial level for IT and Engineering outsourcing powerhouses HP and QuEST Global Engineering. His depth in commercial, contractual and corporate finance allows him to work on a pragmatic basis with customers and account teams to analyze a situation, create a strategy for change and execute that strategy with all aspects of the future possibilities in mind. He is able to build integrated frameworks that ensure commercial success for companies of all sizes.
As the Chief Commercial Officer for QuEST Global Engineering, Bjoern designed and led all commercial negotiation strategies, front-ending all negotiations, developing and driving strategic pricing, generating competitive analyses, and strengthening the total margin across all services. Recruited by HP at the age of 15, Bjoern held positions in Client / Account Executive roles, Sales Executive as well as HP internal Program and Project management roles. His last position at HP was the Senior Director of Global Select Accounts Program.
Bjoern holds dual citizenship in the US and Germany, and when he's not thriving inside the complexity of contract negotiations and financial models, he enjoys all that Colorado has to offer outdoors with his wife and two boys.
