Bryan Hassler is a results-driven team leader that has over 30 years of experience in adding multimillion-dollar value to utility, exploration and production, midstream, and marketing and trading organizations. As an innovative problem solver, Bryan has a successful track record of organizing teams, optimizing productivity, and creating efficiencies.
Bryan was recruited by Freepoint Commodities, LLC in 2012 to lead a team in procuring dry natural gas reserves in North America, which led to a multi-million dollar acquisition in 2013. He also developed a $1 billion pipeline of producing property opportunities.
As the Vice President of Asset Development at XCEL Energy, Bryan doubled XCEL Energy’s earnings per share in the gas distribution and pipeline business over a five year period. He achieved asset and acquisition evaluations that exceeded $5 billion in total value.
Bryan has participated in numerous advisory boards, including Magnum Development, LLC where he advised on the development of a gas storage project and energy hub in the west. Bryan served on the board for Foro Energy where he advised the technology start-up on the potential of laser applications in oil and gas drilling and production operations. He served on the National Advisory Board for the University of Wyoming College of Engineering.
Bryan received both his Bachelor’s and Master’s in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Wyoming and received his MBA from the Gore School of Business at Westminster College.
