Christopher P. Bracken is a senior executive who has spent over 25 years fueling corporate growth and diversification. He was most recently Vice President & General Manager, Security Services at MasTec Advanced Technologies. Under his leadership, MasTec AT became the leader in security installation and service fulfillment operations, growing from concept to over 800 employees serving 70 markets in less than two years. The company provides services for AT&T Digital Life and DirecTV’s LifeShield security and automation products.
Before joining MasTec,Chris founded and sold All Secure Protective Services, an electronic security and automation systems integrator. Prior to All Secure, he was Chief Strategy Officer of iBAHN Corporation, a global data networks provider. He also spent eight years as Vice President of Corporate Planning and International for On Command Corporation, and was a manager in Deloitte Consulting’s Financial Advisory Services practice. While at Deloitte, Chris worked with public utility clients to develop and implement diversification strategies, including electronic security, HVAC and residential fuel cells.
Chris has led and participated in over 30 mergers, acquisitions and dispositions in the cable, telecommunications and utilities industries, ranging from $2 million to over $6 billion. He is a Certified Alarm Technician and a member of the Electronic Security Association, and has served on numerous corporate and non-profit boards.
Chris served as a reconnaissance intelligence officer in the U.S. Navy during the first Gulf War. He received his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Virginia, and his Master of Business Administration from the Darden School of Business at Virginia.
