Dave joined Silver Bullet as CEO, President and Board member in December of 2016. Before joining Silver Bullet, Lisle was the CEO of Instrument Sales & Service, Inc. (ISS). Dave’s tenure at ISS, a diversified manufacturer, remanufacturer and value-added distributor of electro-mechanical service parts for the automotive, trucking, marine, and industrial equipment industries, was highlighted by company growth to over 150 employees located at manufacturing, distribution, and sales centers across the western United States.

Prior to ISS, Lisle was President and CEO of Wausaukee Composites, Inc., a premier manufacturer of highly-engineered structural composite components and product assemblies supplied to Fortune 500 customers worldwide in the off-highway, agriculture, medical, mass transit, wind energy, environmental, and recreation industries. Lisle and his team grew the business from a 100 employee two plant operation, into a global business with more than 500 employees at four US plant locations.  He successfully completed the sale of Wausaukee Composites to Sintex Industries, Ltd, in 2012.

Dave has been a frequent panel speaker at regional and national business conferences on topics including performance management, supply chain management, renewable and traditional energy, and regional economic development.  Dave currently serves on the Board of Directors for Quarles Petroleum, Inc., and is past-Chairman of the Board for Credit Coach Financial Services, and has also served as a Board Director for not-for-profit organizations, including Wisconsin Windworks, The New North, the United Way, and the Green Bay Area Workforce Development Board.  He was also an advisory board member for the American Wind Energy Association, a member of The Executive Committee (TEC), and the American Composites Manufacturer’s Association.

Dave earned a BS degree in Geology from Michigan State University, an MS degree in Geophysics from Louisiana State University where he was an Amoco Fellow, and an MBA from The Darden School at The University of Virginia.
