Dave joined Silver Bullet as CEO, President and Board member in December of 2016. Before joining Silver Bullet, Lisle was the CEO of Instrument Sales & Service, Inc. (ISS). Dave’s tenure at ISS, a diversified manufacturer, remanufacturer and value-added distributor of electro-mechanical service parts for the automotive, trucking, marine, and industrial equipment industries, was highlighted by company growth to over 150 employees located at manufacturing, distribution, and sales centers across the western United States.

Prior to ISS, Lisle was President and CEO of Wausaukee Composites, Inc., a premier manufacturer of highly-engineered structural composite components and product assemblies supplied to Fortune 500 customers worldwide in the off-highway, agriculture, medical, mass transit, wind energy, environmental, and recreation industries. Lisle and his team grew the business from a 100 employee two plant operation, into a global business with more than 500 employees at four US plant locations.  He successfully completed the sale of Wausaukee Composites to Sintex Industries, Ltd, in 2012.

Dave earned a BS degree in Geology from Michigan State University, an MS degree in Geophysics from Louisiana State University where he was an Amoco Fellow, and an MBA from The Darden School at The University of Virginia.
