John has an entrepreneurial leadership background spanning over 20 years focusing on helping fast growing companies recruit, retain, and develop key managers and employees and aligning Human Capital programs to the business to drive performance.

Collaborating with founders and leveraging his broad and deep relationships he helps entrepreneurs recruit the best talent and provides strategic guidance in the areas of human capital strategy including: executive leadership, talent, recruiting, compensation, rewards and team building.  He specializes in start-up, turn-around, and privately held companies in competitive environments where speed, innovation, and the ability to outsmart larger competitors are essential – WHERE THE BEST TEAM WINS! 

John has completed C-level and senior leader placements across technology and consumer package goods companies.  Additionally he has served as the COO for start-up company Launch Pad – a CPG company growing to $50MM in just over 3 years and was instrumental in helping to grow the Oxi Clean brand profits by 176% - eventually selling for an incredible multiple of 19.1x EBITDA.  John was an early team member helping to grow privately held IAMS Company by 400% eventually being sold to P&G for +$2.0B.
