Lisa Christian is the founder of Boulder-based Greenback Consulting™, which since 2007, has provided business development consulting services and world-class approaches for management teams to find avenues for growth and secure capital. Ms. Christian brings more than sixteen years of experience from a variety of corporate leadership roles primarily with JP Morgan and RR Donnelley and two years as a small business consultant in Chicago to her consulting practice.
Lisa Christian has directed marketing for money center banks and a Fortune 250 firm developing technology services, manufacturing solutions and new channels. She has directed global strategy and corporate development for a 30,000-employee firm and headed investor relations during an $8 billion merger. She’s served on six merger integration teams in the banking and manufacturing sectors. She has managed team of seventeen investment professionals for JP Morgan and held other management positions. As a consultant, Ms. Christian has worked with government agencies and private firms to secure $16 million in growth capital for small businesses.
The work Ms. Christian and colleagues accomplished at RR Donnelley turning the company around to be marketing-driven with material financial results in the first year, was featured in the textbook “Kellogg on Integrated Marketing” by Dawn Iacobucci and Bobby Calder. Ms. Christian has taught integrated marketing communications at Northwestern University and marketing principles at the Leeds School of Business at Colorado University in Boulder.
Lisa Christian holds an MBA in finance, marketing and international business from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Business Management at Northwestern University (1997) and a BA in economics, finance, international business and Spanish from Augustana College (1991).
