Lisa Reeves is the VP, Corporate Strategy at Workday. She was the Co-founder & CEO of GridCraft, a company focused on data analytics. Workday acquired GridCraft in May 2015. Lisa has been a leader and product visionary in the enterprise software sector for more than 20 years.
Prior to founding GridCraft, Lisa was the VP/GM, Access & Cloud at Citrix Systems SaaS Division when she held full P&L responsibility for their remote access solution, GoToMyPC. Before Citrix she was at SAP where she managed SAP Ventures, the corporate venture investing arm of SAP AG, for 5 years. In this role she led the team and provided strategic direction for the organization, as well as executed on direct investments. Her responsibilities spanned multiple geographies, encompassing both direct company and fund investments. Prior to SAP Ventures she spent 9 years in senior operational roles at SAP America. She began her career in the automotive industry. In addition to her operating roles, Lisa was also a General Partner at Vista Ventures, a VC firm targeting early-stage tech investments in the Rocky Mountain region.
Lisa holds a BA from Kalamazoo College and a MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. She serves as a Blackstone Entrepreneur with the Blackstone Entrepreneurs Network Colorado (BENCO) and serves on the Entrepreneurship Advisory Board for the Silicon Flatirons Center at the University of Colorado. She is a mentor at Techstars and MergeLane. Lisa is currently on the board of directors at the Emergency Family Assistance Association (EFAA). Previously she served on the board of the Rocky Mountain Venture Capital Association (RMVCA), the Boulder Country Day School Board of Trustees, and Community Food Share, a food bank serving the Colorado counties of Boulder and Broomfield.
