Marc Peperzak founded Aurora Dairy Corporation in 1976, which grew to be one of the largest leading dairy producers in the United States with operations in several states. Marc shifted the company focus to exclusively produce organic dairy products in 2003, renaming the corporation to Aurora Organic Dairy (AOD). Today, AOD is a fully integrated operation and the leading provider of private label organic dairy products in the country.
Marc was a co-founder and active Chairman of Horizon Organic Dairy. He has also served as an international dairy industry development consultant in Oman, Pakistan, Iran, Mexico, Russia, and Belize. Throughout his career, Marc has assisted in the creation of several businesses. He has also served and continues to serve on numerous non-profit and corporate boards of directors. He was the founding director of First Bank of Idaho, GF&C Holding Company, and Headwaters MB. Marc served on the boards of National Jewish Health and LENA Foundation. He is also the immediate past president of the Fisher Island Club, and a current director of the Fisher Island Community Association.
Marc was very active in the Young Presidents’ Organization, was Chairman of the Rocky Mountain chapter and founding Chairman of the Colorado chapter. He received a dual B.S. degree in business and engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
