Matt Pesce is a technology executive with expertise in strategy, product, marketing and business development. He has taken experience in bigger, established companies and applied them to smaller companies to create a platform for growth without undermining the ability to adapt and innovate quickly. He has served a variety of industries including healthcare, IT, mining, ecommerce, entertainment, restaurants and consulting.
Prior to a professional sabbatical, Matt served as Vice President of Marketing and Product Strategy for ZOLL, helping to grow revenue by 21% CAGR and profits by 50% CAGR at the global healthcare company over a six-year period. Matt led ZOLL in creating and introducing new products to the marketplace, including software designed specifically for an entirely new model of delivering healthcare.
Prior to that, Matt was VP of Global Marketing for Maptek, a tech company serving the mining industry around the world. His accomplishments there included rebranding the company and helping to drive revenue growth of 20% in 2007 and 37% in 2008.
Matt earned an engineering degree from Cornell University and started his career in technical roles before transitioning into strategy, product, marketing and business development. He currently serves as an advisor to the Blackstone Entrepreneurs Network (BENCO).
