Monisha provides business planning and operational support to leaders during key pivot points, In addition, she develops research commercialization strategies, product roadmaps, and public affairs frameworks.
Monisha brings over 15 years of experience in the private, government, and education sectors. Prior to co-founding Lotus Advisory, Monisha was a senior adviser to U.S. Senator Michael Bennet, where she partnered with industry and economic development leaders. She led the multi-sector efforts to create the Blackstone Entrepreneurs Network in Colorado and to bring a new USPTO regional office to Denver. Monisha has worked for Level 3 Communications, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Lucent Technologies. She has worked on projects in Brazil, China, Germany, Ghana, Indonesia, Japan, and Nicaragua.
Monisha has an electrical engineering degree from MIT and an MBA from the Yale School of Management. She served on the University of Colorado Board of Regents, Monisha is a Silicon Flatirons Center Senior Fellow, a Marshall Memorial Fellow, and a Harry S. Truman Scholar.
