Dave has over two decades of experience as a C-level leader executing organic and strategic growth plans achieving up to 4X+ top-line results in private equity sponsored, closely-held private, and public company divisions, and overseeing multi-plant operations with employment exceeding 500+. Dave is the former CEO of Wausaukee Composites, a leading manufacturer of composite and structural plastics components serving Fortune 500 customers in the medical, wind energy, mass transit, heavy duty and off-highway truck, agriculture, and recreation industries. More recently, he served as the CEO of Instrument Sales and Service, the largest OE factory authorized remanufacture of automotive electronic components in North America. He also has held executive positions in corporate business development, financial analysis, and geophysical exploration at Amoco and Unocal. Mr. Lisle has been active in various early stage enterprises, including a role as co-founder and COO of a successful B-2-B e-commerce portal site and asset brokerage for the energy industry, and as an early stage investor, board director and advisor to FinTech, health, and energy start-ups, including Credit Coach, Aver Informatics, and Iron Horse Resource Partners, among others.
Dave earned a BS degree in Geology from Michigan State University, an MS degree in Geophysics from Louisiana State University where he was an Amoco Fellow, and an MBA from The Darden School at The University of Virginia. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Quarles Petroleum, Inc., and is past-Chairman of the Board for Credit Coach Financial Services, and has also served as a Board Director for not-for-profit organizations, including Wisconsin Windworks, The New North, the United Way of NE Wisconsin, and the Green Bay Area Workforce Development Board. He was also an advisory board member for the American Wind Energy Association, a member of The Executive Committee (TEC), and the American Composites Manufacturer’s Association. Dave and his family reside in Evergreen, Colorado.
