Please tell us a little bit more about your goals for your next position : The world is swimming in data; data that sits in unconnected silos, providing limited insight and value. Working at big companies such as General Electric and McDonald's has taught me efficiency and scale-ability is key. Also working for Smashburger, a start up company, taught me how to build a team from the ground up. I thrive on solving accounting issues and making accounting departments a fun place to work. In my past I had the opportunity to bring a 25 person accounting department from Virginia to Colorado at the same time taking over a $2B joint venture. Building and keeping effective and efficient teams is my specialty.
