Who:  Lino Lipinsky is a litigator in the Denver office of the international law firm of McKenna Long & Aldridge (MLA).  He counsels clients on employment matters and represents businesses in employment discrimination, trade secret, breach of contract, and other types of disputes.  He has written and spoken extensively on the implications of Colorado’s legalization of medical and recreational marijuana.  Jim Levine is an immigration partner in MLA’s Atlanta office.  Among other areas, he counsels clients regarding the employment of temporary and long-term foreign nationals in the United States.  Both Lino and Jim have been recognized as top attorneys in their respective fields by Chambers USA and Best Lawyers in America.
