Rob Schuham is a Founding Partner of Undercurrent where he consults with global, complex corporations and nonprofits on far-reaching digital strategy and organizational transformation, helping them become more agile and responsive to a new 21st century landscape.  His clients include GE, American Express, Estee Lauder, Ford, AB InBev, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Communities-in-Schools and many others.
Rob also founded and is CEO of match-action, an award-winning experiential and digital agency, concepting and executing what's never been done before for brands such as Adidas, Ford Green Drive, Nissan, Clif Bar, IZZE, Naked Juice, Progressive Insurance, Dole, the NBA and many others. Rob sold Action Marketing to Toronto-based Match Marketing Group in 2012, which is now match-action.

Rob also co-founded and created COMMON, a unique Social Venture launchpad, which encourages entrepreneurs to develop new enterprises to help address social issues and challenges, all under the aegis of a shared, collaborative brand. Rob also co-founded FearLess Revolution. FearLess is dedicated to creating a movement around transparency and a new capitalism among global enterprises.

Rob was recently a Chief Advisor to Al Gore’s Climate Reality Project where he consulted on digital, grassroots marketing, events and overall strategy for the last four years.

Rob Schuham professionally “grew up” up at storied ad agencies including Chiat/Day in San Francisco and Ayer in New York and Chicago working on package goods, sports, high-tech and fashion brands.  Rob then joined Schwinn Cycling & Fitness to help re-launch and re-position it to the American marketplace. Rob later became a Director at iconic adventure film and television studio, Warren Miller Entertainment where he founded Action Marketing.
Rob is also an active angel investor and advisor to 20+ startups in the technology, marketing agency, organic products, sports, fashion and lifestyle spaces. Rob is also an investor and mentor at Boomtown, a startup incubator and accelerator based in Boulder, CO.
