He is co-founder and CEO of Walden Hyde, a brand strategy and creative agency that helps move "good" brands and ideas into mainstream culture and integrate "future-proof" thinking into companies. Their clients range from small and mid-size companies to global CPG groups.
Prior to co-founding Walden Hyde. Robb ran Kickstand Communications, a Boulder, CO consumer insights and strategy firm. Way back when, he managed the accounts of some the biggest brands in the world at McCracken Brooks—including Motorola, Coke, and Milk—before spending more than a decade in executive-level positions in the outdoor industry. Robb serves on B Lab CO's Champions Committee and sits on the board of a number of early stage start-ups.
