Rushton McGarr, most recently President, COO/CFO and Board Member at concept3D, is a multidimensional C-level executive who develops and executes company growth initiatives resulting in increased revenue, a team of "A-Players", and innovative product leadership.
Prior to concept3D, Mr. McGarr was the co-founder of Market Force Information, the leading customer experience information and insights provider to Fortune 1000 multi-location businesses including retailers, restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, financial institutions, entertainment studios and consumer packaged goods companies. Mr. McGarr co-founded Market Force in 2005 and served as its Senior Vice President of Products helping build the business from an “idea“ to $60 million of revenue having raised $53 million in equity and $21 million in debt to acquire and integrate five other global businesses. Mr. McGarr was responsible for efficiently delivering high-quality products and services to market as well as driving the growth and loyalty of the Market Force independent contractor network.
Prior to founding Market Force, he led product management and marketing teams at several venture-backed, Internet software companies. As Director of Product Marketing at NewsStand, a digital media company, he was responsible for its software product roadmap and all direct consumer marketing that successfully increased new subscriber growth and customer loyalty for partners like The New York Times and USATODAY. He also blends solid business judgment, strong analytical skills and deep operational knowledge to drive company performance, fiscal responsibility and scale.
