Stephen Katsirubas is currently the Chief Operating Officer for Tuliva, a managed services and consulting organization that has a unique focus on giving back. In this role, Stephen directs Tuliva’s day-to-day operations with an emphasis on sales and customer solution delivery processes. Stephen’s focus is delivering world-class solutions to our customers and expanding Tuliva’s global footprint.
Throughout his 20+ year career in Information Technology from project manager to Global CIO, Steve has championed numerous successful transformation technology initiatives ranging from large-scale ERP and digital commerce to logistics and retail. He has built world-class agile global IT organizations and demonstrated acute advancement in aligning technology vision to business strategy.
Prior to joining the Tuliva team, Stephen was the Senior Vice President & Global CIO for Crocs, Inc., a world leader in innovative casual footwear for men, women, and children. A long storied career in footwear and retail preceded Crocs that with a 17 year career at Clarks, culminating in the role of CIO. Prior to Clarks, Stephen held roles of management consultant in the international trade arena and software engineer.
Stephen also served distinctly with the United States Marine Corps as a non-commission officer and is a combat veteran of the first Gulf War. He holds an MBA from Clarkson University and a Bachelor of Science from Norwich University.
Stephen has a consistent record of improving customer engagement, coupled with an ability to improve processes through well-executed change. When not leading transformational change, he likes to spend time with his family either hiking, off-roading in his Jeep, tinkering with the latest IOT gadgets, or going downhill on the many slopes of Colorado.
