Tim Barr is the Director of Marketing and Business Development for MOA Architecture and has been involved in the development industry for over 18 years. Prior to joining MOA Tim was the Area Marketing Manager forBrown and Caldwell, where he put together focused capture plans for strategic pursuits and marketing that helped the firm achieve annual revenues of over $300M and an average capture rate of 55%.
A Dean's List graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder's LEEDS School of Business, Tim has been responsible for the development of client relationships, internal marketing process, and the strategic positioning of several architectural and construction firms through his career. Tim was honored by San Diego Metropolitan Magazine in the annual “40 Under 40” honor roll in 2007, is a past chair of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and current committee member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS).
Tim is a two-time Ironman Finisher (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26.2 mile run) and enjoys ultra-trail running and spending time with his wife and 3-year-old son on the weekends. Tim is a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM).
