Jen joined us recently for a powerful Company Session that opened our eyes to the future of leave management. As the leader behind Tilt, Jen is transforming how companies navigate employee leave, blending employee support, automation, and ease to deliver a better experience for everyone involved.
Tilt was born from Jen’s own frustrations with outdated, unjust leave policies, and since 2017, she’s been on a mission to make leave easy by replacing confusing spreadsheets and email chains with a streamlined platform built for real people. Tilt’s proprietary software automates everything from eligibility checks and payroll calculations to compliance and tracking. It is compatible with any HRIS system, which means no duplicate data entry, and a lot less stress.
Jen’s session sparked thoughtful conversation and strategic feedback from BEN Advisors, who were energized by her vision and Tilt’s growth potential.
