How it Works

Since 2014, the BEN Signature Program has connected over 160 Colorado entrepreneurs leading high-growth companies to seasoned volunteer advisors. Over a one-year engagement, participants gain strategic clarity, expert guidance, and an expanded network through structured advisory sessions, ongoing mentorship, peer groups, and tailored events.

  • During a one-on-one consultation with a BEN team member, we discuss your business challenges and goals. Together, we help you identify your top three growth challenges.

  • The BEN Team formulates a list of advisors based on your needs. We match you with seasoned advisors tailored to your challenges. You will receive a curated list of advisors for your company session.

  • Present your challenges to your advisory group during a structured session designed for deep discussion and actionable feedback. Walk away with clear next steps and a strategic action plan.

  • Select 4 advisors to work with monthly, to maintain momentum and accountability. Receive access exclusive networking events, peer groups, and educational workshops.
