As Program Coordinator for the Inclusive Impact Catalyst, Jameelah DeLeon serves as a strategic partner to the Program Director, overseeing the planning, execution, and seamless delivery of key initiatives. She manages the Park Hill Innovation Hub, the City & County of Denver’s home for innovation and entrepreneurship, acting as the daily public face of entrepreneurship for the city and for BEN’s mission to empower high-potential, underserved entrepreneurs.
A proud Denver native, Jameelah’s work is rooted in a deep connection to the community she serves. With a background spanning government, nonprofit, and higher education, she has built a career on creating organized, impactful programs that foster collaboration, open doors, and drive meaningful change. She is known for her ability to transform ambitious visions into actionable, measurable outcomes, all while keeping people at the heart of the process.
Beyond her professional role, Jameelah is devoted to her family. She cherishes time spent with her daughter and extended family, finding joy in simple moments as well as shared adventures. She is an avid reader who loves attending book events, connecting with authors and fellow book lovers, and expanding her ever-growing library. A creative at heart, Jameelah is also a proud “professional DIYer,” tackling home projects with the same passion, ingenuity, and problem-solving skills she applies in her work..
